1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of our Website and all purchases of custom jewellery dies produced by Diemakes. By continuing to use our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you place an order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

3. Our Products

• We manufacture custom jewellery dies (gold, silver, brass and more) based on the customer’s specifications.
• All product images, descriptions, and details on the Website are for reference only.
• Custom die design and manufacturing involve multi-stage processes including design approval, prototyping, and final engraving.

4. Order Process

1. You submit a “Get a Quote” request or “Contact No, Official Social Account”.
2. We review your requirements and send a price quote.
3. Once you approve the quote and design, your order becomes confirmed.
4. Production begins only after required approvals and payments are received.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

5. Customization & Design Approvals

• You must provide accurate artwork, measurements, and reference images.
• Design previews or proofs will be shared before manufacturing.
• Your approval is mandatory before production.
• Any modifications after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring the correctness of your final approved design.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices will be shared in the official quote.
• Prices may vary based on material, design complexity, size, and engraving type.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees may be added.
• Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the invoice (advance/full/milestone basis).
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting the work. This advance is taken to cover material costs, and work will begin only after order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer domestic and international shipping.
• Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be provided before order confirmation.
• Once dispatch is completed, transit risk transfers to the customer.
• For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations.
• Delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.
• All courier and delivery charges, for both domestic and international shipments, must be paid by the buyer.

8. Ownership & Risk

• Ownership of the Product transfers to you only after full payment is received.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers upon dispatch.

9. Quality Assurance & Warranty

• All dies are manufactured according to the approved specifications.
• If you find any defect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos.
• We may repair, replace, or re-manufacture the product if the issue is genuine and proven.
• Warranty does not apply to:
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
  • Wear and tear due to regular use
  • Incorrect usage of the die machine
  • Unauthorized alterations

10. Intellectual Property (IP)

• All designs, tools, artwork, and engraving processes created by Diemakes remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• If you provide designs, you warrant that you own them or have full legal rights to use them.
• You agree to indemnify Diemakes against any third-party claims related to IP infringement arising from your provided designs.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information, designs, artwork, and communication confidential and use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or reputation.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or incorrect handling of dies.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, transportation issues, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Termination

We may terminate or cancel an order if:

• Payment terms are not followed,
• Incorrect information is provided, or
• Any breach of these Terms occurs.

You must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, including design and partial manufacturing.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Website signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Official Communication & Fraud Alert

Customers must communicate only through our official website, phone number, and social media accounts. Diemakes does not operate through any third party or agents. Any losses due to dealing with unauthorized persons will not be our responsibility.

All payments received from Indian and International clients may be accepted only in the following authorized accounts of Diemakes:
